On April 1, 2008 McPhar Geoservices Philipppines Inc. was acquired by Intertek Overseas Ltd. and is now a Member of the Intetek Group of Companies.
John Fowler has been appointed as the President of McPhar while Peter Smith is now the Managing Director.
